西替利嗪联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的：观察盐酸西替利嗪与雷尼替丁联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：68例患者随机分为两组，治疗组口服盐酸西替利嗪与雷尼替丁，对照组单服盐酸西替利嗪，均连续服药4周为1疗程后评估疗效，记录不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为88．89％和68．75％，差异有显著性（χ^2=4.20，P〈0．05）。结论：盐酸西替利嗪联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹，疗效满意，安全可靠。

Clinical observation of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with ranitidine in treatment of chronic urticaria

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with ranitidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods：68 cases were divided into two groups. The patients in the study group were prescribed with cetirizine hydrochloride and ranitidine. The patients in the control group were prescribed with cetirizine hydrochloride.Mter four weeks of treatment, the effective rate was compared. Results：The total effective rate of the therapy group was 88.89% ,and the control group was 68.75% ,there was no significant difference between the two groups （χ^2=4.20,P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions were slight. Conclusion：Cetirizine hydrochloride combined with ranitidine is an effective and safe method in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
