经纤支镜注入药物治疗重症肺部感染的临床分析

目的：探讨经纤支镜肺泡灌洗及注入药物治疗重症肺部感染的临床效果。方法：80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者给予抗生素及综合治疗，观察组在抗生素及综合治疗的基础上给予经纤支镜肺泡灌洗、注药每周2次，连续2周。结果：观察组痊愈率82．50％，对照组痊愈率20．00％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染是一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

Study on appfication of bronchoalveolar lavage in treating severe pulmonary infection

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage and drug injection by bronchoscope in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection. Methods：80 patients were derided into the intervention group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. Antibiotics and general therapy were given to the control group, besides antibiotics and general therapy, brenchoalveolar lavage and drug injection,twice a week for 2 weeks were given to the intervention group.Results：The effective rate in the intervention group was 82.50%, which was much higher than 20.00% in the control group（P〈001）.Conclusion：Bronchoalveolar lavage is safe and effective in treating refractory pulmonary infection and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
