| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨下泪小管断裂显微吻合术的疗效。方法：在显微镜下寻找泪小管鼻侧断端，以硬膜外导管作支撑吻合泪小管断端，3月后拔管。结果：50例下泪小管断裂中48例显微吻合成功，2例失败。结论：在显微镜下吻合泪小管断端效果确切，成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To evaluate the efficiency of microsurgical anastomosis for traumatic rupture of inferior eanaliculus lacrimalis. Methods：To find eanalicular nasal stump under the microscope, make epidural catheter as a support to anastomose the breakage of canaliculus lacrimalis,and extubate after three months. Results：48 cases in the 50 cases of traumatic rupture in inferior canaliculus lacrimalis were successful and two cases fared. Concluslon：It has a precise effect and a high successful rate for anastomosing the breakage of eanaliculus lacrimalis under the microscope. |
