鼻内镜下腺样体切除对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的治疗作用

目的观察腺样体吸切术对小儿慢性鼻窦炎的疗效治疗的影响.方法 45例慢性鼻窦炎患儿鼻内镜下微动力切割器系统吸切肥大腺样体,术后观察患儿鼻窦炎的病情变化情况.结果经腺样体切除术后患儿流脓涕、鼻塞、中鼻道分泌物、打鼾改善率分别是82.22%、52.38%、78.26%、96.46%.总积分下降率77.29%,45例中,28例显效,16例有效,1例无效.结论内镜下腺样体吸切术是治疗合并腺样体肥大之小儿慢性鼻窦炎的安全、有效方法.

Therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy under endoscope on children chronic rhinosinusitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy performed under endoscope on children chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods Forty-five children cases with chronic rhinosinusitis were included in this study and they were all operated on by adenoidectomy under endoscope with microdebrider. Then, they were observed carefully on the therapeutic effect on their lesions fol- lowing the surgical procedures. Results The effective rates of symptoms improving were 82.22 %, 52.38 %, 78.26 % and 96.46 % for pus nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, pus accumulating in the meatus conchae turbinalis majoris and snoring respectively following the surgical treatment, with reduced amplitude of the total scores reaching 77.29 %. A general ranking evaluation on the therapeutic effect of this therapy showed that 28 were significantly effective, 16 effective and only 1 case ineffective among this group of children cases. Conclusions The surgical procedures of adenoidectomy, performed under endoscope with microdebrider, are safe and effective for the treatment of children chronic rhinosinusitis.
