| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(PCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法对32例输尿管上段结石患者采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗。结果32例患者均一次性取石成功，成功率100％(32／32)。无输尿管穿孔、狭窄、术后大出血等并发症。结论rnini—PCNL治疗输尿管上段结石有很高的结石清除率，具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、操作安全可靠等优点，是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of upper urethral calculi. Methods: 32 patients underwent mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy for upper urethral calculi. Results: All the 32 (100%) were rendered stone-free at 1 session, the average operation time was 60 munites. Ureteral perforation, strictures and else complication has not been observed. Conclusions: High stone-free rate can be obtained with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for upper urethral calculi. It is safe, effective and less invasive, a preferable methods. |
