辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液过敏性、血管刺激性和溶血性实验

摘    要:目的:考察辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液的全身过敏性、血管刺激性及体外溶血性反应。方法:根据临床用药方案,观察辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液对豚鼠的全身过敏反应,家兔局部血管充血、红肿、出血和坏死等刺激作用,并进行体外试验观察该注射液对家兔红细胞的溶血作用。结果:辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液对豚鼠无全身过敏反应;家兔血管滴注部位未出现明显的红肿、充血、坏死等刺激反应;辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液对家兔红细胞未产生溶血和凝集作用。结论:辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液无过敏性、血管刺激性及溶血性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the allergy, vascular stimulation and hemolysis of coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection. METHODS According to the scheme of clinical medication, the systemic allergic reaction in guinea pig, the stimulated reactions including local vascular congestion, red swelling, hemorrhage and necrosis, etc. on rabbits' blood vessels were observed, and experiment in vitro was performed to observe the hemolytic effects of this injection on rabbits' erythrocytes. RESULTS Coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride sodium chloride injection had no allergic reactions induced in guinea pig, or stimulated reactions on blood vessels, including obvious red swelling, congestion, necrosis, etc., and had not induced hemolysis or agglomeration for erythrocytes. CONCLUSION Coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection will not result in allergic, stimulating and hemolytic reactions.
