舌瓣在喉咽部手术后缺损修复中的应用

①目的 探讨舌瓣在喉咽癌和晚期喉癌手术切除后喉咽缺损修复中的应用。②方法 对7例喉咽癌和2例侵犯喉咽的晚期喉癌病人行喉咽或全喉切除术，采用舌瓣进行一期重建。③结果 9例病人的舌瓣均存活；8例病人切口一期愈合，1例形成咽瘘经处理后愈合；所有病人吞咽功能均正常，其中4例行功能保全性手术者恢复发音功能。④结论 舌瓣可作为喉咽及喉切除术造成喉咽部中等大小缺损的便捷可靠的修复方法。

THE USE OF TONGUE FLAP IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF POSTOPERATIVE DEFECTS OF LARYNGOPHARYNX

Objective To study the reconstruction of the defects of laryngopharynx, with lingual flap, following the resections of laryngopharyngeal or advanced laryngeal carcinoma. \ Methods\ Seven patients with laryngopharyngeal carcinoma and two patients with advanced laryngeal carcinoma involving laryngopharynx were treated surgically, and the laryngopharyngectomy or total laryngectomy were performed and the reconstruction of the defects was done by one stage procedure using the tongue flap. Results \ The tongue flaps in nine patients were all alive. The wounds in eight patients healed by first intention, one patient developed a pharyngeal fistula and healed after proper treatment. All patients restored the function of deglutition, and four patients undergoing conservative surgery restored phonation function postoperatively. Conclusion The tongue flap proved to be a handy and reliable in the repair of middle size defects of the pharynx following laryngopharyngectomy or laryngectomy.
