| 摘 要： | 本院从1985年1月-1992年12月收治股骨颈骨折45例，分别采用保守疗法及几种不同的手术方法治疗，随访36例，随访率为80％，平均随访时间48．9个月．随访结果，优14例，占38．9％．良9例，占25％．差13例，占361％．根据本文结果作者认为60岁以上的头下型骨折采用人工髋关节置换术好，60岁以下者应采用多枚螺纹钉内固定加股方肌肌蒂骨瓣移植术，对经颈型骨折，可用多枚螺纹钉内固定本，但对移位明显的经颈型骨折，则以多枚螺纹钉加股方肌肌蒂骨瓣移植术为好，对基底型骨折仅采用保守疗法即可．

| Abstract: | From January 1985 to December 1992, 45 cases of fracture of femurl neck of were treated by diffemt methods, including operaive and conservative method. 36 cases were followed up for an avereage of 48 months. The final results were excellent in 14 cases (38.9%), good in 9 cases (25%) and poor in 12 cases (36. 1%). The author beliered that subcapital fracture was treated with artificial hip replacement for patient over 60 years or treated with intemal fixaion with multiple screws and femoral quadratus muscle pedicle grafts for patient below 60 years. Transeervical fracture was treated with internal fixation with multiple screws basal picture was treated with nonoperative method |
