中学生网络成瘾者心理状况调查分析

目的探讨中学生网络成瘾者的心理状况,为采取积极有效的干预措施提供依据。方法以网络成瘾筛选量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某中学458名学生进行调查。结果男生上网率(96.73%)明显高于女生(80.26%),中学生网络成瘾率为12.74%,男生成瘾率(15.82%)明显高于女生(5.08%)。成瘾者SCL-90测试总分、躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子得分均显著高于非成瘾者(t=3.459~11.053,P<0.05)。结论中学生的网络成瘾发生率较高,网络成瘾对中学生的人格特质、心理健康水平已产生明显影响,加强网络成瘾的预防和控制非常重要。

A SURVEY OF PSYCHOLOGIC STATUS IN INTERNET ADDICTS AMONG MIDDLE-SCHOOL STUDENTS

Objective To investigate the psychologic status of internet addicts among middle-school students and provide active and effective measures for prevention of it. Methods Parent-Child Internet Addiction Test and SCL-90 self-assessment questionnaire were used to investigate the internet addiction in 458 middle-school students. Results The net-surfing rate of boy students(96.73%) was much higher than that of the girls(80.26%).The addiction rate was 12.74%,of whom,boys accounting for 15.82%,and girls,5.08%.Significant differences,in total score,somatization,obsession,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,and hostility,were noted between the addicts and non-addicts in SCL-90 self-assessment questionnaire(P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion The internet addiction incidence is high in middle-school students,which has affected their personality characteristics and mental health.It is very important to prevent and control the addiction.
