中药治疗脑卒中后抑郁42例疗效观察

目的：观察中药治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）的临床疗效。方法：将77例有脑卒中病史且符合CCMD-3中抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组。治疗组42例用中药治疗，对照组35例用西药氟西汀治疗，进行6周的双盲对照研究。根据Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）分别对两组治疗前后抑郁症状评分，并观察两组疗效。结果：两组疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但对照组副作用明显；治疗组HAMD评分治疗前后比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）；与对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中药治疗PSD疗效确切，副作用少，安全可靠。

Therapeutic effect of the treatment of traditional chinese medicines on 42 cases of poststroke depression

Objective: To abserve effect of traditional chinese medicines in treating PSD.Methods:Of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicines 77 patients with PSD were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients in treatment group treated by traditional Chinese medicines,35 patients in control group were treated by western medicines Fluoxetine,with a treatment course of 6 weeks for both groups.Results :There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups(P>0.05),but the side effect in control group was more serious.Conclusion :Traditional chinese medicines is effective in treating PSD,which is safe,with few side effects.
