| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泌尿系结石行体外震波碎石术(ESWL)的临床疗效。方法对247例泌尿系结石行体外震波碎石术治疗者进行临床观察及跟踪调查。结果243例结石完全排出，成功率高达98．3％，其中有146例一次性排出，74例进行了第二次复打后排出，21例进行了第三次复打后排出，疗效满意。结论体外震波碎石术是目前治疗泌尿系结石的首选方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical treatment of the urethral stones after extracorporcal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods Two hundred and fourty seven patients treaded with ESWL operation were observed and followed up.Results All stones in 243 out of 247 were removed.The treatment rate was 98.3%.One hundred and fourty six patients were treated for the first time and 74 patients were treated for the second time,21 patients were treated for the third time.The treatment effects were satisfactory.Conclusions ESWL is a satisfactory method in the treatment of urethal stone at the moment. |
