少突胶质细胞与视神经再生

摘    要:近年来的研究表明,中枢神经系统损伤后再生失败与少突胶质细胞有关,少突胶质细胞产生的蛋白NI-35/250对中枢神经再生具有强烈的抑制作用,其单克隆抗体IN-1可使这种抑制作用消失。2000年编码这种抑制性蛋白的基因-Nogo被发现,这为我们研究视神经损伤修复带来了新的希望,本文就这一方面的研究成果作一综述。

Abstract:In recent years many studies have indicated that the failure of regeneration of central nervous system is related to oligodendrocytes. The inhibitory protein NI 35/250 produced by oligodendrocyte can strongly inhibit regeneration of central nervous system. The monoclonal antibody IN 1 of NI 35/250 can neutralize this inhibition. A new gene named Nogo encoding NI 35/250 was found in 2000, which brings a hope to solve the problem of repair of injured optic nerve. This review focuses on the relation between oligodendrocyte and regeneration of central nervous system, which has gained generous progress in last year.
