| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健脾消导法治疗儿童特应性皮炎的作用机理。方法:末梢血EOS采取伊红染色镜下计数检测,血清总IgE、IL-4、IL-12采取双抗体夹心ELISA法检测,治疗组检测结果与健康对照组比较。结果:治疗组治疗后EOS计数、血清总IgE、IL-4水平明显下降,IL-12水平略有上升,与治疗前比较无显著性,上述各指标仍显著高于健康对照组(P0.05)。结论:健脾消导法具有纠正儿童特应皮炎免疫紊乱状态的作用。
