| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Cyclin D1、p27、ki-67在膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测72例BTCC和8例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Cyclin D1、p27、ki-67的表达。结果CyclinD1及ki-67在BTCC中的表达明显高于正常对照，而p27的表达低于正常对照，且均与膀胱肿瘤的分级分期相关。结论Cyelin D1、p27、ki-67的表达可能与BTCC的生物学行为有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Cyclin D1,p27 and ki-67 in the transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder.Methods The expression of Cyclin D1,p27 and ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 72 cases of TCC of bladder.Results The expression rate of Cyclin D1 and ki-67 was significantly higher than that of normal bladder mucosa tissue.However,the expression rate of p27 was lower in BTCC.Conclusion The different expression of these three factors between BTCC and normal bladder mucosa tissue may be related to the biological behaviors of TCC of bladder. |
