| Abstract: | Epidural injection of steroid and local anesthesia can be used to treat low back pain. The injection is best performed with fluoroscopic control, with needle placement documented by means of a limited epidurogram. The technique was used in 116 patients; there were only three failures (2.5%) and one complication. |
