| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合方法对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗作用。[方法]将126例粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组,治疗组及对照组,均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予大承气汤加减胃管注入及保留灌肠。[结果]治疗组临床有效率高于对照组,且梗阻解除时间较对照组早。[结论]中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效较好。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] TCM - WM method observed with the herapeutic effect of adhesive intestinal ob- strnction. [Methods]The 126 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group was treated with conventional western medical treatment, treatment group was also given Dachengqi decoction stomach injection and retention enema. [ Results ] The clinical efficiency of treatment group was higher, and the obstruction to lift earlier time than the control group. [ Conclusion] TCM Treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction results were satisfactory. |
