| 摘 要： | 目的：研制与开发组合靶基因自动检测仪应用软件。方法：应用VB6．0编程语言及Access 97数据库实现压电石英谐振频率的实时检测与分析。结果：实现了组合靶基因自动检测仪压电石英谐振频率的实时检测。数据分析，结果保存与数据转换等。结论：组合靶基因自动检测仪应用软件是一类可实时检测与分析压电石英谐振频率的新型实用性软件，可广泛应用于压电石英谐振频率的检测。

| Abstract: | Objective To design and apply a software of the gene analyzer based on quartz crystal sensor array. Methods The frequency of the pieoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) resonance was detected and analyzed in real time with the software programmed with Microsoft Visual Basic Version 6.0 (VB6.0) and Microsoft Access 97 database. Results The designed software realized the detection of PQC frequency, data analysis and exchange, and result save in real time during the objective gene analysis. Conclusion The software for the gene analyzer is a new valid software that can detect and analyze the frequency of the PQC resonance, and should be widely used. |
