| 摘 要： | 60例急性脑卒中患者T_3均值明显低于正常对照组,T_4、TSH均值明显高于正常对照组,脑卒中重症患者上述甲状腺激素变化甚于轻症患者。16例患者经治疗后,T_3、T_4、TSH恢复或接近正常。T_3、T_4、TSH的测定有助于应激状态时甲状腺功能之研究,对急性脑卒中患者病情的判断和治疗及预后有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Serum T3T4 TSH were measured in 60 cases of acute cerebrovasculur apoplexy. Compared with the control group.T3 were markedly lowered. T4 and TSH were significantly incresed. Changes of serum thyroid hormones in serious were more remarkable than those observed in not serious.It was found that the amount of thyroid hormones changes ameared to be in proportion to the severity of acute cerebrovascular apoplexy. 1 he determination of serum thyroid hormones would be useful in .evaluating the severity of the strokes and in studying the thyroid function in acute cerebrovasculur apoplexy. |
