| 摘 要： | 目的:建立首乌降脂胶囊中的2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(SG)的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,C18柱,乙腈-水(22∶78)为流动相,检测波长为320 nm。结果:2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围为0.1085μg~0.5425μg(r=0.9992,n=5);平均回收率为101.00%(RSD为2.83%,n=5)。结论:该方法简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于首乌降脂胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in shouwujiangzhi capsule.Methods: HPLC assay was performed in Lichrospher C18 column with a mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-H2O(22∶78),and the detector wavelength was set at 320 nm.Results: The linear range of tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was 0.1085μg～0.5425μg and the relation coefficient was 0.9992(n=5).The average recovery rate was 101.00%,(RSD was 2.83%n=5).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid.And the SG shows a good linear relationship. |
