| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎的治疗方法.方法:对92例经不同方法治疗失败的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者行前列腺局部注射联合尿道药物灌注治疗.结果:92例患者治愈86例,显效6例,随访6～12个月无复发,无明显副作用.结论:前列腺局部注射和尿道药物灌注联合应用是治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效较好的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore therapeutic means for treatment of refractory chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods:Ninety two patients with refractory bacterial prostatitis,who failed to recover by various conventional means of treatment in many hospitals,received local injection of drugs into the prostate and perfusion of drugs through urethra.Results:Eighty six patients were cured and 6 improved.All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and no side effect found.Conclusions:It suggests that this is a good method for treatment of refractory chronic bacterial prostatitis. |
