地塞米松对淡水淹溺型兔肺损伤血清NO的影响

目的观察淡水淹溺型兔肺损伤中NO的变化及地塞米松的干预作用。方法将21只大白兔随机分为空白对照组、淡水淹溺组、地塞米松治疗组。气管淡水灌注后于0、0.5、1、2、3、6 h抽血观察PaO2、PaCO2和NO变化,试验终点测定肺组织中丙二醛（MDA）、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量变化。光镜下观察肺组织。结果淡水灌注后动物PaO2、PaCO2低,血清NO增高（P〈0.01）。肺组织中NOS、MDA含量增高（P〈0.01）,SOD降低（P〈0.05）。病理学显示淡水淹溺后出现肺间质、肺泡水肿及肺泡腔内炎性细胞浸润。地塞米松可减轻肺损伤。结论淡水淹溺可升高兔血清中NO;地塞米松可减轻淹溺后肺损伤。

The intervention of dexamethasone on nitric oxide of acute lung injury rabbits induced by freshwater drowning

Objective To observe the changes of nitric oxide on rabbits with acute lung injury induced by freshwater drowning and explore the intervention of dexamethasone.Methods 21 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups：control group,freshwater-drowning group,and dexamethasone group.All the indexes were observed at the time point of 0、0.5、1、2、3、6 h after operation.The change of PaO2、PaCO2 and nitric oxide in serum were determined.The change of malondialdehyde（MDA） 、nitric oxide synthase（NOS） and superoxide dismutase（SOD）in lung tissues was determined at the end of the operation.The lung tissues were determined by light microscopy examination.Results PaO2、PaCO2 of rabbits was declined after infusion of freshwater,and the nitric oxide levels in serum was increased.The value of MDA and NOS in lung was enhanced,SOD was declined.Pathological changes including interstitial edema and alveolar inflammatory cells were found in Alveolar space.Dexamethasone can alleviate acute lung injury.Conclusion Freshwater drowning can increase nitric oxide levels in rabbits serum;Dexamethasone can alleviate lung injury induced by freshwater drowning.
