| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔镜辅助小切口（VAMT）在青年自发性气胸中的应用价值。方法回顾分析2007年10月～2009年12月20例青年自发性气胸行电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺大疱切除及胸膜固定的临床资料。结果 20例患者无手术死亡,手术时间60～100 min,术中出血量40～90 mL,术后胸腔引流管留置时间3～5 d,随访6～24月,无气胸复发。结论胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗自发性气胸综合了传统开胸和常规VATS手术的优点,并弥补了两者的不足,创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、术后不易复发,不增加患者经济负担,适合在中国普及开展。
