| 摘 要： | 采用异紫堇定预防大鼠急性肺水肿，测定肺组织和心脏组织镁离子的变化。实验分组：正常生理盐水对照组；单纯异紫堇定对照组；肺水肿实验组和异紫堇定药物预防组。结果表明：肺水肿组的肺细胞含水量明显增加，两种组织中镁离子含量显著降低，而异紫堇定可以明显地阻止其变化。对其预防机制进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to study the mechanism of lsocorydine in preventing pulmonary edema inrats, the contents of Mg 2 of lung tissue and heart tissue were measured The results showed that Mg 2 markedly decreased in pulmonary edema group caused by adrenalin H 2O in lung increasedlargely, but lsocorydine prevented the change The preventing mechanisms were discussed in the paper |
