茜草双酯固体分散体的制备及体外溶出实验

摘    要:目的利用固体分散技术提高难溶性药物茜草双酯的体外溶出速率。方法以聚乙二醇6000、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30为载体,分别采用熔融法和溶剂法制备茜草双酯固体分散体,并测定其体外溶出度。结果体外溶出结果表明2种载体制备的固体分散体均能显著提高药物在溶出介质中的溶出速率。结论以PEG和PVP为载体制备茜草双酯固体分散体均能有效地提高茜草双酯的溶出速率。

Abstract:Aim To increase the dissolution of rubidate in vitro using the solid dispersion method. Methods Rubidate solid dispersion was prepared respectively with the melting method and solvent method using PEG 6000 (PEG) and PVP K30 (PVP) as carriers. The dissolutions of the solid dispersion were detected. Results Dissolution measurements demonstrated that a significantly increased dissolution rate was obtained with solid dispersion compared to the physical mixture. Conclusion Rubidate solid dispersion can significantly increase its dissolution rate.
