| 摘 要： | 目的总结解剖型钢板治疗股骨下端复杂粉碎骨折的临床特点、效果。方法2001年9月～2006年9月，采用解剖型钢板治疗股骨下端复杂粉碎骨折25例。观察疗效。结果所有患者获得随访，随访时间0～2年．平均1．4年。按Schatzker的疗效评定标准，优15例，良8例，可2例，优良率92％。结论解剖型钢板是治疗股骨下端复杂粉碎骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the clinical fractures and effects of internal fixation with anatomical plate in treatment of complicated comminuted fractures of distal femur.Methods From sep,2001 to sep,2006,25 cases of complicated comminuted fractures of distal femur were treated by internal fixation with anatomical plate .Results All cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years, average 1.4 years. By Schatzker standards,the results were excellent in 15 cases, good in 8, fair in 2. The excellent and good rate was 92%. Conclusion The authors consider that anatomical plate is an ideal treatment for complicated comminuted fractures of distal femur. |
