| 摘 要： | 应用高效液相色谱分析仪和荧光检测仪测定５０例正常人和１１０例冠心病患者血清高半胱氨酸（Ｈｃｙ）水平，同时测定了冠心病患者的血脂系列水平。结果表明，冠心病患者血清Ｈｃｙ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１），冠心病３种类型之间血清Ｈｃｙ水平有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），而且与冠心病严重程度一致。血清Ｈｃｙ水平与年龄呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．００１），与性别及血脂系列水平无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示血清Ｈｃｙ水平升高是冠心病发病的独立危险因素

| Abstract: | Serum homocysteine(Hcy) level were measured in 50 normal subjects and 110 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Serum lipid, lipprotein and apoprotein were also measured in patients with CHD. The results showed that the mean serum Hcy level was significantly higher in patients with CHD than that in normal subjects( P <0.001).The level of serum Hcy was particularly higher in patients with myocardial infarction than that in patients with unstable angina( P <0.05, P <0.01). The serum Hcy level correlated with age in patient with CHD and normal subjects but no relation to sex, lipid, lipprotein and apoprotein. Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor of CHD. The degree of serum Hcy level is consisted with the severity of CHD. |
