| 摘 要： | [目的 ]建立复方氢化可的松栓的含量测定方法 .[方法 ]采用气相色谱法测定复方氢化可的松栓中薄荷脑的含量 .[结果 ]薄荷脑在 1 2～ 2 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9999,平均回收率为 99 17% ,RSD为 1 14 % [结论 ]气相色谱法可用于复方氢化可的松栓中薄荷脑含量的测定 ,该方法快速、简便、准确

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To establish a method for determination of menthol in the hydrocortisone suppository. ?METHODS?The content of menthol was determined by gas chromatography.?RESULTS?Menthol showed a good linear relationship at range of 1 2～2 8?μg, r =0 999?9.The average recovery was 99 17% and the RSD was 1 14%.?CONCLUSION?The method is simple, convenient, and could be used for determination of menthol in the hydrocortisone suppository. |
