| 摘 要： | 目的:建立百草油中薄荷脑、肉桂醛、丁香酚等挥发性成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法分离薄荷脑、肉桂醛、丁香酚,并用外标法定量。结果:薄荷脑、肉桂醛、丁香酚3种成分均达到良好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,回收率均在98~102之间。结论:所建立的方法快速、稳定、可靠,可为该产品建立质量控制方法提供参考。

| Abstract: | AIM: To establish a method of determining the content of volatility contents in Baicao Oil. METHODS: The content of menthol, cinnamaldehyde, and eugenol were determined by gas chromatography. RESULTS: Menthol, cinnamaldehyde, and eugenol were well separated and the linearity was fine with the recovery in the range of 98%-102%. CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, stable and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of this preparation. |
