| 摘 要： | 目的:总结CT导引经皮肺穿刺术的准确性、并发症及应用价值.方法:采用国产9号腰穿针及日本QUICKCUT18G穿刺针对32例肺内结节或肿块进行穿刺,所有病例均进行细胞学和组织学检查.结果:32例穿刺成功率占100%(32/32);其中恶性肿瘤24例,穿刺确诊20例,占83.3%(20/24);结核球2例,占6.2%(2/32);肺脓疡3例,占9.3%(3/32);共有2例发生气胸占6.2%(2/32).结论:CT导引下肺穿刺活检准确性高,并发症少,特别对肺周围性小结节灶的诊断价值较大.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy ,complicalions and application of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy of pulmonary nodules. Methods To adopt domestic lumbar puncture needle 9 and Japan QUCKCUT 18G punctre needle on 32 patients with pulmonary nodules percytaneous,and cytologic and histologic studies were made. Results Among 32 cases puncture success rate 100%(32/32), 24 were proved to be cancers, 20 cases were confined by biopsy 83.3%(20/24), 2 cases tuberculoma 6.2%(2/32), 3 cases lung abscess 9.3%(3/32), 2 cases occurrde pueumothorax 6.2%(2/32).
