| 摘 要： | 目的分析郴州地区肠球菌耐药性的变化情况，更好地指导临床用药。方法收集郴州地区各医院1996-1997年检出的158株和2006-2007年检出的312株肠球菌，并做药敏试验，使用X^验肠球菌耐药性的变化情况。结果2006-2007年的肠球菌比1996-1997的肠球菌对氯霉素（X^2=14．582）、红霉素G（X^2=38．724）的耐药率增升明显，P均〈0．05。而对万古霉素、青霉素、氨苄西林、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因、左氧氟沙星的耐药性无明显改变。结论10年后肠球菌的耐药性发生了变化，对一些抗生素的耐药率均有增升。因此，临床上使用抗生素类药物时应参考药敏试验结果合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the variation of drug resistance of enterococcus isolated from clinical specimens. Methods API was used for detection of enterococcus and K - B method was used in drug sensitivity tests. Results Totally 158 enterococcus strains isolated in 1996- 1997 and 312 strains isolated in 2006-2007 were tested. The resistance the isolated strains to chloromycetin and erythromycin were significantly increased, and that to vancomycin, penicillin, ampicillin, gentamiein, nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin were not varied markedly. Conclusion Sensitivity of enterococeus to antibiotics varied thus precaution is indicated for physicians in selection of drugs. |
