海军舰艇舰员的心理健康评估及与人格特征的相关性研究

目的 了解海军舰艇舰员心理健康状况及与其人格特征的关系。方法 运用自编调查问卷、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）对海军某部勤务船、驱逐舰与常规潜艇舰员382名进行测量。结果 勤务船、驱逐舰和常规潜艇舰员与军人常模相比各不相同，海军舰艇舰员的内外向堆度与症状自评量表中除躯体化、敌意、妄想之外的各因子均呈显著负相关（P〈0．05），而神经质雏度与各因子得分均呈非常显著的正相关。结论 心理卫生工作必须重视和实施。

Correlation Study between Navy Crew's Psychological Health Valuation and Personality Profile

Objective The study aims for a better understanding to the relations between navy crew's psychological health status and their personalities. Methods We analyzed date of 382 navy crew from duty ship, destroyer and normal regulations submarine warship members questionnaires (SCL-90, EPQ and other supplemental questionnaire tailored for the project). Results The study reveals that duty ship, destroyer and normal regulations submarine warship members psychological factors are significantly different from those of military norms. Of those items listed Introvert / Extrovert metrics & Symptom self-valuation table, all factors except Impose and Horror, navy crew's are negatively correlated to military's (P<0.05), while EPQ-N significantly positively correlated to each factor. Conclusion To carry out psychological health enhancement project is a must.
