深圳市松岗街道1996-2005年暂住人口传染病发病分析

摘    要:目的通过分析近10年的松岗街道暂住人口的法定传染病发病情况,了解暂住人口传染病发病情况,为制定有效的控制措施提供依据。方法利用传染病报告资料,运用描述性统计分析方法对暂住人口的传染病发病情况进行统计分析,并与常住人口比较。结果1996-2005年,暂住人口传染病发病率呈逐年下降趋势,年均发病率低于常住人口,发病率随年龄增加,男性发病率高于女性。发病占前5位的是淋病、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、细菌性痢疾。结论松岗街道暂住人口传染病发病总趋势是下降的,但性传播疾病增长迅速,防治形势严峻,应采取综合措施重点防制。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases among temporary population from 1996 to 2005 in Songgang town of Shenzhen. Methods According to the reported data and collected epidemic situation, the incidence rates for the temporary and permanent population were analyzed. Results From 1996 to 2005, the total rate of notifiable infectious diseases in temporary population was decreased annually, and was lower than that of the permanent residents. The five leading rates of notifiable infectious diseases were gonorrhea, virus hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis and shigellosis in temporary population. Conclusion The general incidence of the infectious disease among temporary population was decreased, but the incidence of the STD was increased quickly and became a very important public health problem. The results suggest that stress should be put on the comprehensive measures for controlling and preventing these diseases.
