局部5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨局部5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮的安全性及有效性。方法将60例中重度面部痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,给予ALA-PDT治疗,每2周治疗1次,共治疗2~4次;对照组30例,单纯红光治疗,每周1次,共8次。在治疗后第2、4、6和8周对两组患者进行疗效判断和比较,同时观察治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后第8周总有效率分别为96.7%和76.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组个别患者出现红斑、少许色素沉着,但无瘢痕形成。结论局部5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮疗效高、复发率低,不良反应小,优于单纯红光治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and safety of photodynamic therapy(PDT) with topical aminolevulinic acid(ALA) in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods Sixty patients with moderate to severe facial acne were randomized into two groups,one group was treated with ALA-PDT with an interval of 2 weeks for 2-4 sessions,the other was only irradiated with red light once a week for 8 sessions.Patients were evaluated for efficacy on week 2,4,6 and 8 after the initial treatment,the adverse effects were also recorded at each visit. Results The total effective rate was 96.7%in ALA-PDT group and 76.7%in the control group on week 8.The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P0.05 ).A temporary pigmentation and red macules were observed in some patients with ALA-PDT and scar was unnoticed. Conclusions Topical ALA-PDT has a good effect in treatment of moderate to severe acne with few side reactions and is more effective than the control group.
