| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素在临床广泛用于治疗慢性炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病，它对靶细胞的作用是通过细胞浆内的糖皮质激素受体介导的。人眼是糖皮质激素重要的靶组织，全身或局部长期使用糖皮质激素会出现眼部的并发症，如白内障和青光眼等。本文对糖皮质激素受体的生物学特征及其在眼科的研究进展作一综述。眼科新进展2005；25（5）：467—469]

| Abstract: | Glucocorticoids are widely used in chronic inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases.Glucocorticoids exert their effects by binding to glucocorticoid receptor(GR) localized in the cytoplasm of target cells.The human eye is an important target tissue for steroid hormones,and glucocorticoids have been implicated in the pathogenesis of ocular diseases,including glaucoma,cataract,etc.In this article the biological characteristics and progress of research in ophthalmology about GR were reviewed. |
