| 摘 要： | 世界银行贷款卫 项目在改善贫困地区妇幼卫生服务提供能力的同时 ,开展了旨在提高贫困孕产妇和5岁以下儿童公平享受基本妇幼卫生服务的“医疗扶贫救助计划”。通过对卫 项目“医疗扶贫救助计划”实施 5年来扶贫孕产妇医疗保健服务利用情况的初步分析 ,找出了影响扶贫孕产妇医疗保健服务利用的主要因素 ,提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | In 5 years ago, in the health Ⅵ item of world bank loan, the plan about "Medical help the distressed and succor those in peril" was developed in poor areas in order to raise the health service level for pregnant and parturient and the children under 5 years old .Now the ability of MCH service in the poor areas has been greatly improved. The using situation of medical health service for pregnant and parturient in poor areas is analyzed in the paper. And some main factors of effecting medical health service for pregnant and parturient have been founded and some relevant countermove and suggestions have been given in the paper. |
