| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨用超声检测肝硬化病人服用复方鳖甲软肝片（简称软肝片）的治疗效果。方法 B超观察94例患者用药后不同时期肝脏、脾脏大小，肝脏内部回声结构及彩色多普勒检测门静脉血流速度变化情况。结果 代偿性肝硬化组服用软肝片后效果明显，失代偿性肝硬化组无明显疗效。结论 超声检查对于观察肝硬化病人服用软肝片后的效果有重要的临床参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonograghy to liver cirrhosis patients treated by Ruan Gan Pian. Methods The liver and spleen sizes in different periods of 94 cases treated by Ruan Gan Pian and inner-liver echo structure were observed by two-dimensional ultrasound, and the portal blood folw rate by color doppler. Remits The curative effect, on the compensatory cirrhosis treated group was significantly better than the decompensated cirrhosis group. Conclusion Ultrasound is helpful in observering the curative effect of Ruan Gan Pian on the liver cirrhosis patients. |
