| 摘 要： | 目的通过检验乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染孕妇妊娠晚期的血清甘胆酸，探讨HBV感染对孕妇妊娠晚期的临床意义。方法以218例HBV感染的孕妇为实验组，120例健康孕妇为对照组，检测两组孕妇妊娠晚期空腹血清的甘胆酸值。并观察两组孕妇妊娠期发生肝内胆汁淤积症、胎儿宫内窘迫的情况。结果实验组血清甘胆酸明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。实验组肝内胆汁淤积症和胎儿宫内窘迫发生率明显高于对照组，且随着血清甘胆酸的升高，肝内胆汁淤积症和胎儿宫内窘迫发生率亦升高。结论HBV感染孕妇妊娠晚期检测血清甘胆酸值，对妊娠晚期孕妇及胎儿的监护有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of HBV infection on serum glycocholic acid in late pregnant women. Methods The level of serum glycocholic acid in late pregnancy were measured in 218 patients with HBV infected and 120 healthy control subjects.
