肌腱移植材料的研究进展

肌腱移植是重建毁损肌腱功能的主要手段.目前用于肌腱移植的材料有自体肌腱、同种异体肌腱、异种异体肌腱、人工肌腱、组织工程化肌腱.本文综述这些材料的研究进展,着重探讨肌腱材料的制备方法,指出在肌腱制备各方法中,去细胞法可以较为彻底地去除肌腱抗原成分,为消除异基因肌腱移植排斥反应开辟了一条更为确实的途径.

Research progress of materials for tendon transplantation

For function renconstuction of damaged tendons,tendon transplantation is the primary method.Tendons from autograft,allograft,xenograft,artificiality,tissue engineering comprise the mainly materials used for tendon transplantat now.This paper reviews the research progresses in these materials,focusing on the different preparation methods of tendon materials,pointing out that the method of preparing the accllular tendons could thoroughly remove antigen in/on tendon cells,and that this technique provides a more dependable avenue for the elimination of tendon xenograft rejection.
