中药姜黄的姜黄素提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究优选姜黄的姜黄素提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察及正交试验设计,以姜黄素的含量为考察指标优选提取工艺。结果优选的姜黄素提取工艺为用10倍量80%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5h。结论采用优选工艺,姜黄素提取效率高且稳定,优选工艺适合于大生产。

Abstract:Objective To study the best extraction process for Curcumin in Rhizoma curcumae Longae. Methods Using single factor and orthogonal design to determine the content of curcumin as the index of evaluation. Results The optimum condition for the extraction of curcumin was adding 10 times of 80% alcohol, reluxing and extracting 1.5 h each time, totally extracting twice. Conclusion The optimum condition for curcumin is efficient and stable. This method is suitable for production.
