头孢曲松钠治疗早期梅毒临床效果评价

目的：探讨头孢曲松钠治疗早期梅毒的临床效果。方法：选择80例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组用头孢曲松钠治疗，对照组用苄星青霉素治疗，比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果：两组治疗有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但观察组症状消失时间要明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应比较差异并无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：应用头孢曲松钠治疗早期梅毒见效快，疗效好，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical effect appraise of ceftriaxone to treat early syphills

Objective： to explore the clinical effect of ceftriaxone to treat early syphilis. Method： select 80 cases and divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with ceftriaxone and the control group were treated with benzathine penicillin, compare their treat effect and drug adverse. Results： the treat effect of the two groups has no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）, but the symptom disappear time of the observation group was obviously shorter than the control group, the difference is statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the drug adverse rate of the two groups has no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： it has good effect using ceftriaxone to treat early syphilis and can be widely used in clinic.
