| 摘 要： | 目的建立黄精中薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法采用Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(94∶6)为流动相,检测波长为203 nm,柱温25℃。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0.81μg 8.10μg(r=0.999 8,n=6)范围内呈线性,平均加样回收率为99.2%和100.8%,RSD为2.61%和2.07%。结论本法简便、灵敏、结果可靠,可作为黄精质量控制的定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for determining the content of diosgenin in Rhizoma polygonati by RP-HPLC.Methods Using Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18) column with acetonitrile-water(94∶6) as mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 203nm,flow rate was 1 mL·min~(-1),colum temperature was 25 ℃.Results The diosgenin calibration curves was linear at the ranges of 0.81 μg ~8.10 μg(r=0.999 8,n=6).The average recovery and precision(RSD) were 99.2%,100.8% and 2.61%,2.07%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for quality control of the material medica. |
