| 摘 要： | 为研究超氧化物歧化酶的抗炎作用，采用猪血来源的ＳＯＤ对几种不同炎症动物模型的抗炎作用进行了研究。结果表明：ＳＯＤ对大鼠角叉菜胶和巴豆油所致炎症以及蛋清和佐剂所致关节炎具有显著抗炎作用，且具有明显剂量依赖性。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the anti-inflammatory effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) from pig blood on inflammatory animal models. The experimental results have shown that SOD has significant anti-inflammatory effects. It inhibited carrageenin-induced foot-edema and croton oil induced granulation tissue edema of rats. It also inhibited arthritis induced by egg serum and Freund's adjuvant in rats. The effects were significantly dose-dependent. |
