CEA和CA125检测在肺癌诊断中的临床价值

目的:探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原125(CA125)检测对肺癌的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2012年6月至2014年5月收治的肺癌患者50例作为肺癌组, 同期收治的肺部良性疾病50例作为良性病变组, 同期健康体检者50名作为健康对照组, 采用电化学发光法检测3组对象血清中CEA和CA125水平, 对检测结果进行对比。结果:肺癌组CEA和CA125水平均明显高于良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.01), 而良性病变组和健康对照组CEA和CA125水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);CEA和CA125联合检测对肺癌诊断的阳性结果与CEA和CA125单独检测差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者的CEA和CA125水平会明显升高, 检测CEA和CA125能够为肺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供依据。

Clinical value of CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical value of the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods:Fifty patients with lung cancer and 50 patients with benign lesion from June 2012 to May 2014 were divided into the lung cancer group and benign lesion group, respectively. Fifty healthy people were set as healthy control group. The serum levels of CEA and CA125 in 3 groups were detected using electrochemiluminescence,which was analyzed. Results:The levels of CEA and CA125 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign lesion group and healthy control group(P<0. 01),the differences of the levels of CEA and CA125 between the benign lesion group and healthy control group were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The differences of the positive diagnosis rate between the combined detection of CEA and CA125 and the single CEA or CA125 detection were not statistical significance(P>0. 05). Conclusions:The levels of CEA and CA125 in patients with lung cancer increase significantly. The detection of CEA and CA125 can provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
