多维度深度护理干预对急性脑梗死合并抑郁患者预后的影响

目的:探讨多维度深度护理干预对脑梗死合并抑郁急性期治疗后生活质量的影响。方法:应用日常生活能力量表(ADL)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对观察组和对照组各24例患者进行治疗前后评估。比较2组患者的临床疗效和评分变化。结果:2组患者干预前ADL和HAMD评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后ADL评分均较干预前明显升高, 而HAMD评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01);观察组干预后ADL评分升高程度和HAMD评分降低程度均高于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:多维度深度护理干预对脑梗死合并抑郁急性期治疗具有临床意义。

Role of deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention in prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction merger and depression

Objective:To investigate the impact of deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction merger and depression. Methods:Twenty four subjects in the observation group and 24 subjects in the control group were assessed by the activities of daily living( ADL) and Hamilton Depression( HAMD) Rating Scale before and after treatment;The clinical effects and assessment scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of the ADL and the HAMD had no statistical differences between the two groups before intervention(P>0. 05);after intervention,the scores of the ADL increased and the scores of the HAMD decreased in the two groups(P<0. 01). The observation group displayed a higher degree of ADL and lower degree of HAMD than the control group(P <0. 01 and P <0. 05). Conclusions:Deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention has clinical effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction merger combined with depression.
