保心宁片治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病31例

目的：探讨保心宁片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心肌缺血损伤的治疗作用。方法：将62例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例，治疗组给予保心宁片4片，tid，po；对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯50 mg，qd，po。疗程均为4周。观察患者治疗后血液流变学、血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果：治疗组患者凝血因子Ⅰ和血小板聚集率等多项指标明显改善(P＜0.01)，NO、SOD水平明显升高，且幅度大于对照组， ET、MDA下降幅度亦明显大于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：保心宁片对缺血性损伤心肌具有保护作用，可延缓冠状动脉粥样硬化，防治冠心病心肌缺血的发生、发展。

Treatment of 31 Patients with Atherosclerotic Heart Disease with Baoxinning Tablets

Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effect of Baoxinning tablets in the treatment of patients with myocardial iscbemic injuries as a result of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods: 62 cases of coronary heart disease with myocardial ischemic injuries were randomly divided into two equal groups: the treatment group and control group. Patients of the treatment group (n=31) were given each 4 tablets of baoxinning PO, t.i.d., while those of the control group(n=31) were given each 50 mg of isosorbide mononitrate PO, q.d.. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 4 weeks. Changes in bemorrheology, plasma endothehn (ET), plasma nitric oxide(NO), serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonyldialdehyde(MDA) of the patients were kept under observation following the treatment. Results: Many indexes including plasma fibrinogen content and platelet aggregation rate were obviously ameliorated in patients of the treatment group (P<0.01). Levels of plasma NO and serum SOD were significandy elevated to a greater extent while concentrations of ET and MDA were significantly lowered in a greater degree in patients of the treatment group than in those of the control group (P<0.01 ). Conclusions: Baoxinrdng tablets were shown to protect the myocardium injured by ischemia, postpone the progress of coronary atherosclerois, prevent and control the occurrence and development of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.
