腹腔镜辅助下小切口子宫肌瘤剔除术62例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助下小切口子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床价值。方法:将2004年1月~2005年12月需行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者118例随机分为两组,一组为观察组62例,行腹腔镜辅助下小切口子宫肌瘤剔除术;一组为对照组56例,行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果:观察组手术时间为(69.3±24.5)m in,对照组手术时间为(98.4±37.3)min,P<0.01;观察组术中出血量为(76.8±32.6)ml,对照组术中出血量为(102.3±57.8)m in,P<0.01。两组术后肠排气,术后最高体温,术后伤口恢复情况,术后住院天数无明显差异。结论:腹腔镜辅助下小切口子宫肌瘤剔除术比腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术手术时间短,术中出血量少,值得在临床上推广应用,尤其是适用于腹腔镜下缝合技术不熟练者应用。

Clinical analysis of 62 cases with laparoscopic assisted with small incision hysteromyomectomy

Objective:To explore clinical value of laparoscopic assisted with small incision.Methods:Form Jan 2004 to Dec 2005,118 cases of uterine myoma were divided into two groups randomly: the observe group(62 cases) with laparoscopic assisted with small incision hysteromyomectomy and the control group(58cases) with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Results:There was significant difference(P<0.01) in operating,which was(69.3±24.5)min in observe group and(98.4+37.3)min in control group.The blood lose in both groups also had significant difference(P<0.01),which was(76.8±32.6)ml in observe group and(102.3±57.8)ml in control group.The same was in intestine exhaust,the highest body temperature,wound resume and hospitalised days after operation.Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted with small incision hysteromyomectomy is bester than laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in shortening operating time and reducing the blood lose.It is worth of application and dissemination on clinal,so it is especidly fit for operators who are not practised in laparoscopy.
