中药对多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响

目的]评定中药联合改良VAD长春新碱(VCR)、阿霉素(Adr)和地基米松(Dex)]联合化疗方案对多发性骨髓瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法]将40例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(试验组)和单纯化疗组(对照组),每组20例。两组均使用改良VAD化疗方案治疗,试验组同时服用益气健脾养阴、活血化瘀解毒中药(由补中益气汤合十全大补汤加减而成)。两组均治疗1个疗程(24 d),动态观测患者生活质量的量化指标。结果]试验组多发性骨髓瘤患者生活质量各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]说明中药联合改良VAD方案与对照组相比,可明显提高患者的生活质量,增强化疗药物的正向治疗作用,提高化疗药物的用药安全,保证化疗方案顺利地进行。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Combined with Improred VAD Chemotherapy on Quality of Life In Multiple Myeloma

Objective] To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine combined with improved VAD (vincrstine + adriamycin+ dexamethasone) chemotherapy on quality of life in multiple myeloma. Methods] Forty eases of multiple myeloma were randomized to two groups: group A ( n = 20) was treated with improved VAD chemotherapy; in addition to improved VAD chemotherapy, group B ( re = 20) was also treated with modified Shiquan Dabu Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, which had the actions of invigorating Qi, strengthening spleen, nourishing yin, activating blood and removing blood-stasis. The two groups were treated for one course of 24 days and parameters of life quality were observed dynamically. Results] Scores of parameters of life quality in group B were higher than those in group A (P <0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion] Chinese medicine combined with improved VAD chemotherapy can improve life quality and enhance the positive actions and the safety of chemotherapeutic agent, thus guarantee the execution of chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
