摘    要:目的:建立以紫外-可见分光光度法测定莪术酮胶束中莪术酮含量的方法。方法:以香草醛硫酸溶液显色,在500nm波长处测定吸收度。结果:莪术酮检测浓度在0.050~0.400mg.mL-1范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为99.14%,RSD=1.23%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于本品的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a UV-Vis spectrophotometric method for content determination of Curdione in Nano-micelles loaded with Curdione.METHODS:Curdione was colored by sulfuric acid-vanillin reagent.The absorbance was measured by visible-spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 500nm.RESULTS:The content of Curdione in the range of 0.050~ 0.400mg· mL-1 was in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law(r=0.999 3).The average recovery was 99.14%,and the RSD was 1.23%(n=9).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the content determination of curdione in Nano-micelles loaded with Curdione.
