摘    要:非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前分子靶向治疗是治疗NSCLC最具前景的研究领域,如何选择合适的患者是靶向治疗成功与否的关键。近年来,受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂成功应用于多种肿瘤的治疗。KIF5B-RET融合基因是最新发现表达于肺癌中的分子靶标,该文就其发现过程以及研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:Non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and molecular targeted therapy is currently the most promising in the treatment of NSCLC. The key to success of targeted therapy is how to select the right patients. In recent years, receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors have been successfully applied to the treatment of a variety of tumors. KIFSB-RET fusion gene is a newly discovered molecular target expressed in lung cancer, and here is to make a review of its discovery process and current research status.
