地黄低聚糖提取液脱色工艺研究

摘    要:应用正交试验法研究地黄低聚糖提取液活性炭脱色的工艺条件,实验表明:加碳量为药材量的6%,保温80℃,80 r/min搅拌30 min为最佳工艺条件,得到水苏糖平均含量为62.97%,光吸收杂质平均清除率为82.33%。

Abstract:The effects of the amount of activated carbon, temperature, adsorption time and stirring speed on the decolorization of oligosaccharide extract from Rehmannia were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions were as follows, 6%of the amount of activated carbon (w/w, activated carbon/Rehmannia) and stirred at 80 r/min and 80℃for 30 min. The average content of stachyose and the average removal rate of impurities were 62.97%and 82.33%, respectively.
